Application directory

The RIG Deployment Platform makes it possible to enhance any application with near-instant deployment. RIG works on both Windows XP and Windows Vista, including the x64 versions. RIG does not currently operate on version 3.0 of the Zune firmware. Do not update to version 3.0 if you want to continue using RIG-based games. A new version of RIG is in development, and should fully support Zune 3.0. Here's a sampling of just some of the applications available on RIG:

The XNA runtime, necessary to use Zune applications, is not included in RIG packages. Before deploying one of the above applications, you must first obtain the runtime from another source, such as XNA Game Studio 3.0.

Note that, as the RIG Deployment Platform just became available, few RIG-based titles are available. This will increase soon, as developers have a chance to get started with the RIG Development Kit.
